Foundation Certificate in Marketing by CIM
Alongside my studies in Bournemouth university I completed the Chartered Institute of Marketing course in Foundation of marketing. The Introductory Certificate in Marketing offers marketing and advertising students the chance to develop their understanding of how marketing works in the real world. Formed by an exam and a 3,000-word assignment, this award gave me extra skills and knowledge in terms of the marketing process and developed my research and critical thinking abilities.

Advertising at the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds
RSPB is UK’s largest nature conservation charity.
When volunteering at Royal Society of Bird Protection I was in charge of designing posters for upcoming events in
Bournemouth area and my responsibility was posting information about upcoming events on Bournemouth Echo website and
social media. Additionally, I participated in writing press releases.

Worked with first year undergraduate students to help them adjust to university life. Facilitated independent learning
by helping them to develop study skills and promoted the available extra curricular activities in Bournemouth

I was in charge of planning and initiating activities for the nursing home residents I learnt how to effectively
handle stressful situations and resolve issues when dealing with difficult people.
