Easy vegan pancakes

These are the easiest, quickest pancakes ever. They take just a few minutes to make. They taste indulgent and amazing, but these are all vegan and healthy. My favorite food to make for hangover and tired friends for breakfast. I love having mine with peanut butter and jelly. Taste great with maple syrup as well.
Just mix all of the ingredients together, heat up the pan and flip the pancakes as soon as you see the bubbles.

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup non dairy milk
3 tbs melted coconut oil
Maple syrup (optional)
